- Package Handling: As per COD terms, couriers are not authorized to open packages before receiving payment.
Customer Rights & Responsibilities
- Payment First: Customers are required to make the payment before the package can be opened. Please refrain from requesting the delivery agent to open the package prior to payment, as it goes against COD rules in Pakistan.
- Return Process: After receiving and confirming your order, if you wish to return it, please notify us. Return shipping will be arranged once payment has been completed, and you will be asked to send the item back for a refund or exchange.
